I love when I finish my food diary for the day on MFP and it says “If every day were like today, you’d weigh ___ lbs in 5 weeks!”
Yes, MFP, it’s true. If I did 45 minutes of kickboxing class and 35 minutes of soccer every day, I would totally lose 20 lbs!
Just makes me laugh.
So far, so good. I look thin today. I need to drink more water. Weight still stable but tomorrow is a weigh in day.
